These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Vyora regarding your use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using Vyora, you agree to these Terms.
Minimum age 18
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vyora. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts used by minors are prohibited and will be terminated.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not share your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. You may not use Vyora to harass others, commit fraud, distribute illegal content, or violate applicable law.
Child safety obligations
Vyora has zero tolerance for CSAM and CSAE. You must not upload, share, request, or engage in any activity involving sexual content or exploitation of minors. You agree to report suspected violations through in-app tools or childsafety@vyora.app.
Illegal activity prohibition
You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose, including trafficking, exploitation, scams, or distribution of illegal materials.
Account suspension for policy violations
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Child Safety Standards. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent removal without prior notice.
Premium features & purchases
Some features require payment through app stores or payment partners. Purchases are subject to the store’s terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.
Intellectual property
Vyora and its branding, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by Vyora or its licensors. You retain rights to content you post, and grant Vyora a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, uninterrupted availability, or that every user is who they claim to be — use caution and our safety tools.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using Vyora at any time and may request account deletion through the app or support. We may terminate access for violations or to protect users and the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
